* First time appointments please schedule a 90-120 min session so there is enough time to go over the details of your accident, assess the treatment plan, and complete any and all necessary ROM testing and paperwork needed to move forward. 
* We do place a .01 cent to $5.00 credit card processing fee that is non refundable for each time you book an appointment appointment to verify that the credit card you leave on file is a valid credit card in the event you violate any of our cancellation policies or promise to pay agreements. This will be billed automatically for each appointment and does not go to the cost of your massage. It is to cover our credit card fees that we pay to run and verify your card you leave on file is valid. This amount is non refundable and will be required for every appointment booked even if you have to cancel your appointment and reschedule on time
* We are not currently accepting any 3rd party claims. Please verify your PIP coverage with your insurance company prior to booking your appointmant or you will be charged $240 for the appointment at the time of service.

PIP / Motor Vehicle Accidents

We accept 3rd party on a case by case basis. 
1- You must book online and a card on file is required. 
2- Rates are higher for this and you are responsible for all additional payments not covered by the settlement when your Lawyer settles your case. In the event the other persons insurance does not pay for your massage therapy treatment, you will be responsible for the entire cost  remaining for services 30 days after completion of treatments. Late fees will be charged for non payment 
3- You must have a valid Credit card on file and sign an agreement that you accept responsibility for payment in full if your lawyer does not send forth payment after your case settles
4- After 3 months of treatment, you will be responsible for making monthly payments of $200 per month. Lakeside Massage and Wellness Studio receives the total remaining cost of services Paid in Full when your case settles and will deduct your monthly payments total from the total balance of treatments to send the remainder owed to your lawyers. 
5- We will need to verify both insurance parties information. 
6- We will need a claim number 
7- Third party billing requires a Doctors, PT's, or Chiropractors referral/ prescription for massage

We do not bill for personal insurance. You will need to provide verification that you have obtained an attorney. All costs will your responsibility and will be billed for witching 24 hours of receiving treatment to the card on file unless otherwise agreed upon by the attorney and Lakeside Massage & Wellness Studio.We will not refund the amount charged back to you and you cannot receive a credit from lakeside so please make sure that you, your attorney and lakeside massage and wellness has a clear understanding of the medical massage payment plan prior to your appointment. 
You also must have a referral.

Medical massage therapy

We do not bill this modality for personal insurance. You will need to pay at the time of service and send a request for reimbursement to your insurance provider. All costs will your responsibility and will be billed for within 24 hours of receiving treatment to the card on file unless otherwise agreed upon by you and Sankalpa Bhogah Lakeside Massage & Wellness. We will not refund the amount charged back to you and you cannot receive a credit from lakeside so please make sure that you, your attorney and lakeside massage and wellness has a clear understanding of the medical massage payment plan prior to your appointment.

Swedish Massage involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage may be therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries.

The idea behind cupping is that it increases blood flow to the area where the cups are placed, reducing soreness and speeding recovery of overworked muscles. An increase in blood circulation could relieve muscle tension and promote cell repair.

CBD, an all-natural and non-intoxicating cannabinoid derived from cannabis, is used to support your body’s endocannabinoid system. Conclusion
If you follow a rigorous training regimen, chances are your body is thrown off balance due to the physical exertion. CBD encourages the ECS to regulate and maintain balance by interacting with its cannabinoid receptors, found in the brain and throughout the body. By adding the restorative benefits of CBD, you can capitalize on the recovery benefits of cupping therapy infused with CDB .
